Pleated Filter Element
Pleated filter element is made of stainless steel woven wire mesh or stainless steel sintered fiber web.
Stainless steel sintered fiber web is a depth-type filter material using a porous stainless steel fibers made of high temperature sintering. Corrugated filter which is made of high porosity, filter area, high dirt holding capacity, reuse and other characteristics.
Stainless steel wire mesh is woven from stainless steel wire from its corrugated filter element having good strength, not easy to fall off, easy to clean, high temperature, and economic characteristics.
Highest filtration accuracy of this filter can reach 1 micron (highest filtration precision sintered felt is 3 microns), its dimensions according to user requirements. Filter rating range from 3 to 200 microns are availlable,the sizes is available at customer’s requirement.
Applications: Mainly used in filtration of high molecular polymer, drug, hydraulic oil, water treatment, hot gas, etc.
Material: Stainless steel wire mesh, dutch weave wire cloth, sintered wire mesh, perforated sheet, etc.
