Inconel Wire Mesh
Werson company exports inconel wire mesh from 1mesh to 200mesh. Inconel 600 is non-magnetic, has better oxidation resistance than pure nickel and good resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion. Inconel 625 is with the addition of columbium and molybdenum provide outstanding strength and toughness. Inconel 718 is has exceptional creep-rupture properties up to 1300 degrees F, and outstanding weldability without spontaneous hardening.

Application:
1. Aero engine components;
2. Thermocouple tube erosion in the atmosphere;
3. The corrosion of alkali metal production and use in the field, especially the use of sulfide environment;
4. Heat treatment furnace retort and components, especially catalytic regenerator in Carburizing and nitriding atmosphere in petrochemical production;
5. Nuclear reactor.
Wire diameter: 0.04mm-4mm
Inconel 600 Wire Mesh feature:
1. has the resistance reduction, oxidation, nitriding medium corrosion is very good.
2. at room temperature and high temperature has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
3. with resistance to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride corrosion is very good.
4. below zero, room temperature and high temperature are very good mechanical properties.
5. anti creep rupture strength is very good, recommended for use in more than 700 ℃ working environment.
