Nickel Wire Mesh
Nickel wire cloth is useful in chemical processing due to its resistance to various chemicals including caustic alkalies, in electronics due to its high electrical conductivity, and heat exchangers due to its thermal conductivity and ductility.
Nickel wire cloth has excellent corrosion resistance to alkaline and neutral solution such as carbonate, chloride, nitrate solution and fatty acid, property is stable in air, fresh water and sea water. Nickel wire mesh is mainly used for sieving and filtering under the acid, alkali environmental conditions or gas, liquid filter or other medium separation.
Material: Nickel 200 (UNS N02200), Nickel 201(UNS N02201).
Popular Weaving Types: Plain Weave, Twilled Weave, Dutch Plain Weave, Dutch Twilled Weave and Reverse Dutch Weave.
