Incoloy Wire Mesh
Werson company exports incoloy 800 wire mesh from 1mesh to 100mesh. Incoloy 800 wire mesh is characterized by good corrosion resistance in aqueous environments and by excellent strength and oxidation resistance in high-temperature atmospheres. Alloy 825 is especially resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
Material:Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 800HT, Incoloy 825.
Application:
Incoloy 800 Wire Mesh is widely used in equipment that must have high strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization and other harmful effects of high temperature exposure. For service requiring optimum creep and rupture properties, Incoloy 800H or 800 HT are used.
Wire diameter: 0.04mm-4mm
Incoloy 800 Wire Mesh feature:
1. has the resistance reduction, oxidation, nitriding medium corrosion is very good.
2. at room temperature and high temperature has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
3. with resistance to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride corrosion is very good.
4. below zero, room temperature and high temperature are very good mechanical properties.
5. anti creep rupture strength is very good, recommended for use in more than 700 ℃ working environment.
