Plastic modular belts are resistant to oil penetration and chemical corrosion, and has both breathability and water permeability while meeting food-grade hygiene standards. The modular plastic conveyor belt is made of engineering plastic chain links connected with stainless steel pins, requiring no lubrication, operating quietly, and being lightweight. It is suitable for transporting containers such as PET bottles and aluminum cans. Its main applications are in food processing, slaughtering production lines, beverage manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, wastewater treatment, and automotive manufacturing.

Modular Plastic Conveyor Belts are mesh conveyors made from synthetic polymers such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyoxymethylene (POM/Acetal), and nylon (PA). For special applications, PVDF or PTFE materials can be used. Their feature an interlocking or brick-like staggered splicing structure and are assembled into modular conveyor belts using full-length pins. They offer resistance to snake-like conveyance, cutting, and impact, support horizontal straight, inclined, and curved transport, and can be equipped with sidewalls.
