Ultra-thin wire cloth is used typically when heat and corrosion resistance is required,and frequently utilized in applications requiring shielding of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI).
Ultra-thin wire diameter and high open area ratio provide exceptional paste releasing capabilities, making it possible to print with high viscosity paste with low printing pressure. Ultra-thin Stainless Steel ES-Shield mesh reduces more than 50 dB of electromagnetic waves in the 30 Hz to 1 GHz range.
